Today Disney+ and partners Marvel are holding a Comic-Con@Home panel to lift the lid of Marvel’s 616.
The docuseries will dive deep on the history of the publisher and some of its huge pantheon of heroes. The clips below focus on two episodes from the series: “Higher, Further, Faster” directed by actor/director Gillian Jacobs, which shines a light on the trailblazing women on Marvel Comics and how they found way to tell stories of representation and inclusion. The second clips is form the Paul Scheer-directed episode “Lost and Found,” following the actor and comedian’s eye-opening and hilarious journey to discover the “forgotten” characters of Marvel Comics.
Join Gillian, Paul and executive producers Sarah Amos and Jason Sterman with moderator Agelique Roche (host of Marvel’s Voices and The Women of Marvel Podcasts), today at 1pm PDT/9pm BST for the series’ virtual Comic-Con@Home panel.
Marvel’s 616 doesn’t currently have a release date, but with a panel happening later today at Comic-Con@Home we expect new on this very soon!
