It’s not all doom and gloom in the news today. Despite all of the film and event cancellations, promotion continues on upcoming movies for the summer season and that includes the touching new Disney Pixar film Soul.
The film tells the story of a jazz musician named Joe Gardner (played by Jamie Foxx), who lands the gig of a lifetime before an accident causes his soul to separate from his body and attends the “You Seminar.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJs-MUgXoDkSoul is directed by two-time Oscar winner Pete Docter (Up, Inside Out). Doctor has been acting as Pixar’s chief creative officer following the exit of former creative head John Lasseter.
Soul will be the second of two original Pixar animated movies to release in 2020 and is set for release on June 19, 2020.
