A familiar face from Earth-2 returns in new photos from THE FLASH

When The Flash returns with a new episode this week it won’t just be Gorilla Grodd (voiced by David Solobov) who makes his grand re-entry.

From the look of these new promo photos for the episode, Earth-2’s Harrison Wells (Tom Cavangah) will make himself known to our hero, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

The Earth-2 Well’s was believed to be lost in Crisis but has recently appeared to Nash Well’s (also Cavanagh) as a ghostly vision. But these photos tease there’s something much more substantial to his appearance.

GRODD RETURNS — Feeling overwhelmed with all the changes since Crisis, Barry (Grant Gustin) conducts an experiment that goes awry and puts him directly in Gorilla Grodd’s (voiced by David Sobolov) path. Expecting the worst, Barry is surprised when Grodd asks for his help. Unfortunately for both The Flash and Grodd, things get worse when another villain appears — Solovar (voiced by Keith David). Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) works with Eva (guest star Efrat Dor) to escape the Mirrorverse. Stefan Pleszczynski directed the episode written by Kristen Kim & Joshua V. Gilbert (#613). The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cicso Ramon, Tom Cavanagh Harrison Wells, and Jesse L. Martin as Joe West. The series airs Tuesdays  at 8/7c on The CW.
