We’ve know for a while now that Disney+ would finally be launching in the UK in March. It had been widely expected that the platform would arrive on 31st March, typically known as the end of the financial year.
But now Disney has confirmed that the platform will instead launch on March 24, 2020. Moving up the release by a full week the House of the Mouse has also revealed pricing.
UK subscribers will need to pay either £5.99 per month or an annual fee of £59.99 to access series like The Mandalorian and The World According to Jeff Goldblum which will be available at launch.
In the US, Disney+ costs $6.99 (£5.36) per month.
