Disney+ has confirmed that the seventh chapter of The Mandalorian will indeed debut on Wednesday 18 December, breaking the Friday release structure for the streaming show.
Given that Friday 20 December marks the global release of The Rise of Skywalker it makes sense to shift the episode to ensure people get a chance to watch it before heading out to see the latest movie.
Not only that, but we’re hearing that Disney+ will include a special sneak peek at the film alongside the episode. Most likely a new clip. Could we see Baby Yoda jump to the silver screen!?
Written by Iron Man‘s Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog and Nick Nolte. The series debuts new episodes weekly on Disney+.
