Soul (Disney/Pixar)

Disney and partners Pixar have finally given us our first look at 2020’s Soul. The film tells the story of a jazz musician named Joe Gardner (played by Jamie Foxx), who lands the gig of a lifetime before an accident causes his soul to separate from his body and attends the “You Seminar.”

Check out the trailer in the player below:

Soul is directed by two-time Oscar winner Pete Docter (UpInside Out). Doctor has been acting as Pixar’s chief creative officer following the exit of former creative head John Lasseter.

Soul will be the second of two original Pixar animated movies to release in 2020 and is set for release on June 19, 2020.
