Marvel is set to debut a new annual based on the Black Cat character, Black Cat Annual #1 hits stores in November and we have a preview of the awesome artwork in this new press release…
Spidey and Black Cat are getting hitched… ?
The Black Cat is crossing Spider-Man‘s path once again — is that path really going to be towards an altar? Going by the cover and some of the preview art provided by the Merry Marvel Bullpen, it sure looks like the cat-buglar and Wall-Crawler are headed towards wedded bliss in BLACK CAT ANNUAL #1, out Wednesday, November 13! Written by Jed McKay — who also writes a bonus story — with art by Natacha Bustos, Juan Gedeon, and Joey Vazquez, this is sure to be a tail full of questions, mysteries, and intrigue!
Marvel Executive Editor Nick Lowe provided a little insight into what’s behind these nonsensical nuptials: “BLACK CAT ANNUAL #1 is one you do not want to miss. It’s not every day that Black Cat and Spider-Man get married, right? What’s Felicia’s scheme and how did she get SPIDER-MAN to sign onto what can’t possibly be on the up and up?”
BLACK CAT ANNUAL #1, written by Jed McKay with art by Natacha Bustos, Juan Gedeon, and Joey Vazquez and a cover by J. Scott Campbell, goes on sale Wednesday, November 13. Pre-order your copy now, online or at your local comic shop!
