Games developer Square Enix has officially released the first gameplay footage for Marvel’s Avengers. The footage features Earth’s Mightiest Heroes attempting to defend San Francisco from a terrorist attack.
The game was announced earlier this year at the E3 conference and that announcement was shortly followed by a leaked version of this footage. This official version features more polished graphics as well as dialogue not seen in the original leak.
The game quickly came under fire as many fans disagreed with the designs of several major characters and their costumes, but what do you make of this latest footage?
Marvel’s Avengers features a stellar voice cast of gaming legends including Jeff Schine as Captain America, Travis Willingham as Thor, Troy Baker as Bruce Banner/Huk, Laura Bailey as Black Widow and Nolan North as Tony Stark/Iron Man.
The game releases on PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 15, 2020.
