Thought its first season has yet to debut, Amazon Prime has renewed The Boys for a second season!
The news was confirmed via The Boys social media channels seemingly confirming that season 2 is already in production. In some casting news we’ve also learned that You’re the Worst star Aya Cash is joining the cast of season two as the superhero Stormfront. In the comics Stormfront is a male character known for being an unrepentant bigot, an member of the Hitler Youth, and one of the most powerful superhumans on the planet.

The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Karen Fukuhara as the Female, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander and Simon Pegg as Hughie’s dad.
The series will premiere on Amazon Prime on July 26, 2019.
