Now this is a huge turn of events for Star Trek fans. During the Star Trek Universe panel currently taking place it’s been confirmed that two major players are returning for the upcoming Picard series.
Fans in attendance were treated to a new trailer for the show followed by a Q&A sessions with cast and creatives. Seen in the trailer and then brought out live on stage were Brent Spiner (Star Trek: The Next Generation) and Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Voyager).
Speaking of his return Spiner had this to say: “The possibility of standing next to Patrick on the set again was just something I couldn’t say now to. And I had to consider the fans as well… there was no way that I could refuse that.”
Following the panel a series of new stills were released including our first look at Jeri Ryan as Seven-of-Nine.
