Indie Wire has exclusively revealed that Cary Fukunaga’s currently untitled Bond movie has found its composer.
As per the sites report, Dan Romer is set to take on musical duties alongside director Cary Fukunaga (True Detective) for Daniel Craig’s latest appearance as 007.
Romer is now stranger to working with Fukunaga having previously worked with him to compose the score for mini-series Maniac and also Beasts of No Nation.
Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology
Bond 25 see’s Daniel Craig return at the titular spy. Also starring are Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes, Rory Kinnear, Jeffrey Wright, Lea Seydoux, Ana De Armas and Rami Malek.
The movie is due for release on April 8, 2020.
