Avengers: Endgame saw quite the paradigm shift for Chris Hemsworth’s Thor. The character was the one to give the killing blow to Thanos in the present day but his reaction to it gave way to what has affectionately become known as Lebowski-Thor.
He was certainly a popular costume choice as MCM Comic Con a couple of weeks ago. But where does the character go from here?
In a recent interview with Cinema Blend Hemsworth discussed his willingness to return to Marvel Studios.
“I’ll work with any of those guys,” he said. “Asgardian Of The Galaxy. That’s actually great. You might’ve just got me my next job.”
“I’d play that character again,” Hemsworth added when asked about Thor’s status in the MCU. “I love it so much – especially if there’s something unique to do again with it. I felt like the last three films were very, very different each time.”
Given where we leave Thor in Endgame it makes sense for him to show up next in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Would you like to see him spend more time with Star-Lord and the gang?
