Director of Bond 25, Cary Joji Fukunaga, has released a new image on social media teasing that the movie is now officially in production in Jamaica. Following last week’s press conference the movie has set the cameras rolling with the cast now assembled on the Caribbean island.

We’ve previously seen some photos from the set teasing the shoot which Fukunaga confirmed had taken place in Norway. Following its stint in Jamaica Bond 25 will move to Pinewood Studios in the UK before wrapping its shoot in Italy.

Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

The production has already filmed scenes in Norway and is currently filming in Jamaica before moving to Pinewood Studios in London. Production will wrap in Italy later in the year.

The movie is due for release on April 8, 2020.
