Lionsgate Game has just released the first glimpse of gameplay footage from Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid. The game, due for release in April, will take the Power Rangers: Legacy Wars mobile game format and expand it for console.
Following several cut scene and non-game footage videos this is our first chance to see several of the games characters in action. The Mighty Morphin Red and Green Rangers appear alongside classic villain Goldar. There are also glimpses of other characters from across the 25 year franchise including the ever popular Lord Drakkon.
The trailer also introduces a new feature to proceedings with Zords joining in the battle to perform special attacks.

Developed by nWay, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in April.
