Unless you’ve been living under a rock the last few days you’ll know Marvel Studios Black Panther has been having a good week. The movie has been nominated in the Best Picture category (along with six other nominations) at the 2019 Oscars.
Marvel Studios executive Kevin Feige was first in the queue to congratulate the cast and crew of the movie. Now Bob Iger, CEO of Disney, has weighed in with his own congratulations to Ryan Coogler and co.
Writing on Twitter Iger say it was “especially gratifying to see @MarvelStudios groundbreaking #BlackPanther honored with 7.”
Congrats to our Studio for its 17 Oscar Noms.
