Is MARVEL planning an all-female team-up series for ABC?

A new rumour overnight from Deadline has Marvel doubling down on the popularity of its female super heroes.

The trade reports that Wonder Woman scribe Allan Heinberg is currently working on a new, all-female team-up series which would be broadcast on ABC alongside Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The network has reportedly committed to producing the project to help diversify Marvel’s catalogue of shows. Heinberg will executive produce along with Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb, with Marvel TV and ABC Studios producing.
