TEEN TITANS GO! TO THE MOVIES tracking for strong opening

Great news for fans of the Teen Titans Go! franchise today. With the teams first movie set to drop in cinemas in just over two weeks we’ve got our first look at tracking data.

Predictions from Variety place the film opening somewhere between $14m and $19m. That might seem low in this world of billion dollar blockbusters but think again.

Many animated features release directly to DVD in the current market. To see an animated film based on a short form TV series opening to these numbers is an incredibly positive sign.

Teen Titans Go! to the Movies is scheduled for release on July 27, 2018 and is directed by Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail. The film stars Will Arnett, Kristen Bell, Greg Cipes, Scott Menville, Khary Payton, Tara Strong and Hynden Walch.
