ARROW SDCC panel details give away season 7 spoilers

Each fo the DCTV series are preparing themselves for another San Diego Comic Con run. The shows are one of the centrepieces of the entire event. Often they will hold an entire evening of panels to being hype for their respective new seasons.

Overnight confirmation has been coming through when each of the series will be hold their panels. But it’s the announcement of Arrow‘s seventh season panel which holds some potential spoilers.

The announcement includes the first synopsis for the upcoming season and gives away some juicy details about Oliver’s time behind bars:

There has been no shortage of close calls for Oliver Queen when it comes to protecting his Super Hero identity, but in the season six finale, he was finally backed into a corner and forced to reveal himself to the world as the Green Arrow. Now, Oliver will come face-to-face with many of the criminals he placed behind bars, as he makes a new home for himself at Slabside Maximum Security Prison. Oliver will find himself vulnerable in a way unlike ever before when a mysterious new enemy begins to unravel his work as Green Arrow, challenging him to redeem his name or risk losing everything.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Paul Blackthorne as Quentin Lance. It was recently announced that original series star Katie Cassidy will return as a series regular in season 6 as the Earth-2 Laurel Lance/Black Siren.

Arrow airs on The CW Thursdays at 9/8c. In the UK the show airs on Sky One on Thursdays at 9pm.
