Sony reveals MARVEL’S SPIDER-MAN release date, trailer

After teasing the game some months ago we finally have more info on Sony’s Spider-Man. Now known as Marvel’s Spider-Man the game will hit stores on September 7, 2018. The game will be a Playstation exclusive as part of Sony’s new deal to only build in-house content.
Game Informer broke the news alongside a behind-the-scenes video which you can see below. Marvel Entertainment has also released a short trailer which details some of the pre-order content which will be available with the games deluxe editions.

The Collector’s Edition ($149.99 RRP) will include all of the digital content from the Digital Deluxe Edition, as well as a Steelbook case featuring the white spider logo, an art book from Titan Books, and a Marvel’s Spider-Man statue by Gentle Giant. More content is still to be announced.
The Digital Deluxe edition of the game ($79.99 RRP) includes a copy of the original game as well as new story chapters with the post-launch DLC series – Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps.
