Marvel drops surprise new ‘Black Panther’ trailer (plus gallery)

Marvel surprised us all today with the release of the second trailer for Black Panther. The new look at Marvel Studios first 2018 release gives an expanded look at scenes from the first trailer.There’s also a tonne of new footage for you to checkout in the over 2 minutes trailer.

We get clear looks at the upgraded costume that Chadwick Boseman will be wearing. Plus new looks at Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira and our first proper look at Angela Bassett.

Black Panther is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay co-written with Joe Robert Cole. Chadwick Boseman reprises his role as T’Challa/Black Panther and is joined in the film by Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Any Serkis and Forest Whitaker.

The Marvel Studios/Disney film is due for release February 6, 2018.
