It’s been another successful weekend at the box office for Wonder Woman. After only one months in cinemas the film has now officially grossed over $700m worldwide!
Over the course of its fifth weekend in North America the film took in an estimated $15.57m. Another drop of under 40% from the previous weekend and holding on to the #4 spot in the charts. Earlier in the week the film topped the North America gross of both Suicide Squad ($325.1m) and Batman v Superman ($330.3m) to become the top DCEU movie with $346.1m. There’s a real expectation the film could now hit $380m in North America.
Internationally the film added another $13.6m million bringing its total to $360m. Worldwide that puts the current total at an estimated $708m!
