The next and final trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight has been released. Clocking in at a whopping two-minutes-fifty-seconds the trailer shows off a lot of action from the film. A lot of action! Unlike any other film in the franchise this film seems to explore not just human history but the history of the Transformers.
There’s also a fair few hints towards why leader Optimus Prime turns against his fellow Autobots leading to the fight with Bumblee. The trailer shows off the plethora of human characters who are inhabiting this film too. It seems like it’s going to be a really busy film, nothing new for a Michael Bay production.

The Last Knight shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise, and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock).
There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.
Starring Mark Wahlberg, Laura Haddock, Stanley Tucci, Jerrod Carmichael, John Goodman, John Turturro, Josh Duhamel, Isabela Moner, Gil Birmingham, and Jean Dujardin, Transformers: The Last Knight opens in theatres on June 23, 2017.
