Breaking news! Ra’s al Ghul is coming to ‘Gotham’!
The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that ‘Star Trek Deep Space Nine’ and Game of Thrones’ star Alexander Siddig has been cast in the role. DC Comics fans will know the character was most recently portrayed by Matt Nable in ‘Arrow’ and ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’.
At this stage we know that Siddig will appear as a recurring character later in ‘Gotham’ season 3. The show is currently off the air for midseason break until April.
As Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) pulls the veil off the mysterious Court of Owls organization and discovers that the man pulling the strings is the enigmatic and powerful Ras al Ghul. With his past shrouded in mystery, Ras uses cunning and deception to lay waste to his foes. As the leader of an international criminal organization known as the League of Shadows, Ras will prove himself to be Bruces most dangerous adversary yet.
‘Gotham’ returns Monday, April 24th on Fox.
