Venom 2 is currently deep in production with lead actor Tom Hardy recently sharing some (deleted) shots from the set. But now a new rumour could setup a potential Venom vs. Spider-Man film for the future.
GWW is reporting that Spider-Man: Far From Home and Avengers: Infinity War star Tom Holland is in talks to cameo in the upcoming sequel which is being directed by Andy Serkis.
There’s been no confirmation from Holland or the studio but the mere use of the word “cameo” suggests the role will be small this time around, possibly setting up a future confrontation for the two web-slinging characters.
Andy Serkis directs Venom 2 which stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom, with Michelle Williams returning as Anne Weying. The Film opens in cinemas on October 2, 2020.
