News has broken via Deadline.com that ‘Watchmen’ star Partrick Wilson has been cast as Orm in the upcoming ‘Aquaman’ film! Directed by James Wan the film stars ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ and ‘Justice League’ star Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, Amber Herd as Mera and Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko. Orm is best known in the comics as the villainous half-brother to Aquaman. He is also known as Ocean Master. In a new interview with The New York Times Ben Affleck was asked about his directorial duties on ‘The Batman’. ‘We still have to get a screenplay and get it together,’ Affleck explained. ‘I’m a real believer in not reverse engineering projects to meet a window or a date, but rather when you get the right story, the right idea, the right thing, then you make th movie. Overnight and thanks to our friends at ComicBook.com we’ve got our first official look at the Sabre-toothed Tiger Zord in the upcoming ‘Power Rangers’ film from Lionsgate. Late yesterday evening Marvel Studios Chief Kevin Feige revealed that Marvel and Sony Pictures would be releasing domestic and international trailers for ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’. After months of secrecy the first trailer for ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ has been unveiled. The fifth entry in the ‘Transformers’ series is once again directed by Michael Bay and is due for release June 23rd, 2017. No synopsis for the film has been released but the trailer features Nazi’s, knights and what appears to be an epic battle between Bumblebee and Optimus Prime.
