Back in July it was announced that Netflix were going to be adapting Sandman, the seminal piece of work from legendary author Neil Gaiman. Now the author himself has offered an update on the project and how it will stick closely to the story of the comic book. Gaiman recently took part in a Reddit AMA and fans were keen to ask about the development of the Sandman series. The Disney+ website has now gone live worldwide and is offering fans in certain countries the chance to pre-order their subscription. DisneyPlus.com is currently allowing users in North America to pre-order their subscription. Whilst here in the UK the site shows a collection of logos for available franchises and asks us to sign-up to a mailing list for further information. Both monthly and annual subscriptions are now available in the US, priced at $6.99 and $69.99, respectively. A seven-day free trial beginning November 12 is being offered also.
