20th Century Fox has begun its worldwide press tour to promote Dark Phoenix. The weekend is over, the numbers are in and Disney’s Avengers: Endgame has opened to record breaking numbers. the Marvel Studios production had been expected to gross around $800M globally across the weekend. That number has swelled to an estimated $1.2B! Let’s start with North America where the movie grossed an estimated $350M. That figure breaks the record for the biggest opening weekend of all time, breezing past 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War ($257.69M). Yesterday the cast and crew of Bond 25 confirmed the first details of the movie during a press conference in sunny Jamaica.
