Costume designer Jacqueline Durran is perhaps best known for her work on the excellent 1917 or 2019’s adaptation of Little Women. The film took home seven of the nine prizes it was nominated for including the top honour of Best Film. 1917 was also handed awards for Best British Film, Best Director for Sam Mendes, Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, Best Sound and Best Visual Effects. For the third straight weekend Sony Pictures Bad Boys For Life has topped the North American box office. The film faced little competition a new releases this week fell below expectations. Bad Boys For Life topped the box office with an estimated $17.7m this weekend. The film’s domestic gross now tops an impressive $148m, easily making it the highest grossing release in the Bad Boys franchise. A fourth film is now in development.
