Netflix has released a new poster for Castlevania season 2. The eight episode season arrives in October and will follow the continuing adventures of Trevor Belmont, Alucard and, of course, Dracula. The new series is carrying the ominous tagline ‘Blood Will Seek Blood’ and we can see our three heroes under the shadow of Castle Dracula. Arriving Oct. 26 on Netflix, the second season of Castlevania stars Richard Armitage, James Callis, Matt Frewer, Graham McTavish, Alejandra Reynoso, and Tony Amendola. It was only a couple of days ago that we brought you the news that Alec Baldwin was taking on the role of Thomas Wayne in Todd Phillips Joker movie. Now the actor has ruled himself out of the film, first via a tweet and then an interview with USA Today. A very brief update on Stargirl for you. As part of the DC Universe launch a new logo for the series has premiered. It features a slight tweak to the font which we saw when Geoff Johns announced the series back in July at San Diego Comic Con. The series is still set to premiere sometime in the back half of 2019. Young Justice: Outsiders is finally a step closer to being released. The long awaited third season of the previously cancelled series is set to drop sometime next year on the DC Universe streaming service. During the DC Universe live stream last night it was announced that Titans will premiere on Friday, 12 October. A new episode will then premiere each Friday on the streaming service. The pilot will also get an early screening at New York Comic Con on October 3. Announcing the premiere DC also released four new character portraits for the series leads. Aquaman director James Wan has been quietly prepping the Swamp Thing series for the DC Universe streaming service. Rumours over the last few days have pointed to Wan deciding not to direct the series pilot. Now a report from Splash Report claims that Underworld director Len Wiseman may step up to the plate to direct the episode instead.
