Cate Shortland’s upcoming solo Black Widow movie is reportedly casting for its lead villain. That Hashtag Show reports that the movies current re-write by Ned Benson is changing up some of the lead characters. According to their report the studio is now looking for a “Black British or African” actor, aged 30-45, to fill the role. With the character is now described as “tough, dangerous and mysterious.” Black Widow will see the return of Scarlett Johansson in her first solo outing. Overnight Deadline has reported that Jared Harris (Fringe) has joined the cast of Sony Pictures upcoming Morbius movie. Morbius stars Jared Leto (Suicide Squad) in the title role of Michael Morbius, a renowned scientist who becomes a living vampire after injecting himself with an experimental serum. The cast and crew of Birds of Prey have been busy over the weekend shooting another stunt sequence. As always there were photographers on hand to catch the moment on film. We get some blurry looks at the whole cast assembled and our first looks a Ewan McGregor on set. Discussing Film shared a story that Reuben Fleischer is officially out of the running to return for a second go at directing the symbiotic Marvel character.
