Warner Bros. Pictures’ has confirmed that director Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights will make its global streaming debut on May 1, 2026 on HBO Max. A version of the film with American Sign Language (ASL) will also stream on HBO Max the same day, performed by ASL Dubbers Leila Hanaumi (“Barbie with ASL”) and Giovanni Maucere (“Superman with ASL”), and directed by Justin Jackerson (“It: Welcome to Derry with ASL”). The film will be the first romance title available to stream in ASL on HBO Max with two dubbers.

The film is directed by Emerald Fennell from her own screenplay based on the novel Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë. Fennell also produced alongside Josey McNamara and Robbie. The executive producers are Tom Ackerley and Sara Desmond.
