The Something Very Bad is Going to Happen (Soundtrack from the Netflix Series), with music by award-winning composer and recording artist Colin Stetson (Hereditary, The Menu) is now available just one day after the release of the psychological horror series. Showrunner and Creator Haley Z. Boston connected with Colin Stetson early in the process of creating the series and brought him on as the first creative hire. Driven by his unique sound, the score to the series is as unnerving as the plot itself.
“This music ranges all over the place, from the dreadful to the tragic, the sexy to the unhinged and comedic” says Stetson. “There are tracks here that thunder and howl like metal dirges and others like sorrowful lamentations, several are up tempo techno tracks weaving like a heist caper.”
