The highly anticipated second season of The Creep Tapes, from writers and executive producers Mark Duplass and Patrick Brice, will return Friday, November 14 exclusively on Shudder, the #1 streaming service for horror fans, and AMC+, as announced during the series’ season two world premiere at Fantastic Fest.
The six-episode season of the cult-favorite CREEP franchise will feature guest stars David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil), Robert Longstreet (I’m a Virgo; The Haunting of Hill House), Katie Aselton (The Unholy) and more. First-look photos from season two were also revealed.
The streamer has revealed three new images from season 2 to tease fans ahead of its return:
Season two will continue to expose a collection of video tapes from the secret vault of the world’s deadliest and most socially uncomfortable serial killer (Duplass). Unfortunately, as the tape rolls, the killer’s questionable intentions surface with his increasingly odd behaviour and the victims will learn they may have made a deadly mistake.
Alongside Dastmalchian, Longstreet, and Aselton, guest stars will include Diego Josef (The Ballad of Lefty Brown), Desean Terry (The Morning Show), Alec Bewkes (Empire of Ash), Linas Phillips (Rainbow Time), Taylor Garron (Abbott Elementary), Timm Sharp (Enlightened), Jody Lambert (Brave New Jersey), and Jeff Man (Room 104).
Season two debuts during Shudder’s Season of Screams programming event, which rounds out the streamer’s 10th anniversary with the best in horror. The event spotlights popular franchise films from REC to 28 Weeks Later to The Blair Witch Project, brings back an all-new Ghoul Log, as well as Shudder’s popular Halloween Hotline with movie recommendations from Shudder’s Head of Programming Samuel Zimmerman.
