Universal Pictures has debuted the official trailer for Bugonia, the latest collaboration between visionary directory Yorgos Lanthimos and Academy Award-winning actor Emma Stone. The film is currently set to release in UK cinemas on October 31, 2025.
In the film two conspiracy obsessed young men kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company, convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth.

Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, Bugonia hails from a screenplay by Will Tracy. The film stars Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias, and Alicia Silverstone.
