We’re edging ever closer to one month to go until DC Studios’ makes it live-action theatrical debut with Superman. With the news of the film’s completion we have also seen a new TV spot for the July 11 release surfacing online.
This latest spot is mostly a remix of the most recent trailer. But it does include a series of new shots from the Man Of Steel’s battle with an alien kaiju in Metropolis. There are also new shots of Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and a glimpse at more action from inside the Fortress of Solitude.

The latest spot arrives as James Gunn has confirmed the film is now completed. With the final VFX shot added to the film, Gunn took to social media to congratulate the cast and crew. Now all eyes turn to the film’s LA premiere on July 7 which his expected to be the first time the film will be shown to a full audience.

The film stars David Corenswet(Twisters) in the dual role of Superman/Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan(The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult (Nosferatu) as Lex Luthor. The film also stars Edi Gathegi (For All Mankind), Anthony Carrigan (Gotham), Nathan Fillion (The Suicide Squad), Isabela Merced (Alien Romulus), Skyler Gisondo (Licorice Pizza), Sara Sampaio (At Midnight), María Gabriela de Faría (The Moodys), Wendell Pierce (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), Alan Tudyk (Andor), Pruitt Taylor Vince (Bird Box) and Neva Howell (Greedy People).
