Get ready for an exciting Spring line-up of entertainment on Sky and NOW with returning favourites, brand new adventures, and breathtaking true stories. Today we’re taking a look at all the biggest titles arriving on both platforms in May 2025.

Natasha Lyonne is back on the road as Charlie Cale in season two of the no-bullsh*t comedy mystery series Poker Face, while two cousins go in search of new tastes in the brand new culinary adventure series Big Zuu & AJ Tracey’s Rich Flavours. And one of the year’s most acclaimed animated hits makes its premiere as the Oscar-nominated The Wild Robot lands on Sky Cinema and NOW.

    Poker Face – Season 2

From creative mastermind Rian Johnson and starring Emmy® Nominee Natasha Lyonne alongside a host of established guest stars, Charlie Cale is back on the run and making her way across the country one mystery at a time.

From minor league baseball to big box retail, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a grade school talent show, Charlie navigates her crime solving existential road-trip with deadpan wit, human empathy, and her signature uncanny lie-detecting ability.

This season, you can look forward her to cross paths with special guest stars Cynthia Erivo, Katie Holmes, John Mulaney, Awkwafina and many more over twelve new episodes. No bullsh*t!

Big Zuu & AJ Tracey’s Rich Flavours

In a new culinary adventure, Big Zuu is teaming up with his rapper cousin AJ Tracey for a trip around the world.

Seeking out the most unique, bizarre and expensive dining experiences, the pair will be sampling dishes and immersing themselves in the culture of the area, discovering the customs and stories behind these one-of-a-kind luxury meals.

While on their mission, the duo will be navigating East Asia, North America and Europe in a quest for bonkers luxury, finding out more about the creators and the diners that can’t resist their food. No delicacies are too strange, no dinner too expensive for these two – as their life on the road sees them push their taste buds to the limit.

    Elsbeth – Season 2

Elsbeth stars Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni, the astute but unconventional consent decree attorney who utilises her unique point of view by working with the NYPD to catch New York’s most well-heeled murderers. Season two of the critically acclaimed series brings new cases and challenges when mistakes of the past come back to haunt Elsbeth, her boss Captain Wagner and Detective Kaya Blanke.

Bibaa & Nicole: Murder in the Park

As the Covid lockdown eased in June 2020, a group of friends gathered in a London park to celebrate Bibaa Henry’s birthday. As night fell, only Bibaa and her sister Nicole remained, dancing in the park.

When they didn’t return home, friends reported them missing, but the police did not act. 36 hours later, their bodies were found by Nicole’s partner. Shockingly, police officers photographed and shared the crime scene images on social media.

This three-part series features interviews with the sisters’ mother, Mina Smallman, and their close friends, along with insights from detectives as it pieces together the sisters’ final hours, the hunt for a serial killer, and the subsequent police misconduct that followed. With new evidence and recordings, the series reveals the investigation’s details, police attitudes, and the failures that left Bibaa and Nicole’s loved ones fighting for answers.

    My Week with…

Uncover the day-to-day lives of the world’s most extraordinary women artists in My Week With…  In this brand new series, Sky Arts sends art expert Kate Bryan to spend a week with some of the most iconic and disruptive women artists. With up to half the footage captured by Kate on an iPhone, these films are intimate, candid, and refreshingly real. The series comprises: The Guerrilla Girls, Lubaina Himid and Maggi Hambling.

Chicago Fire Season 13 / Chicago Med Season 10 / Chicago PD Season 12

Chicago Fridays are coming back to Sky and NOW as new seasons of all three arms of the hit procedural series return. Get ready for all-new, edge-of-your-seat emergencies as the firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago’s Firehouse 51, the doctors and medical staff of Gaffney Medical and Sergeant Hank Voight’s Intelligence Unit face intense new challenges on the frontline of the city’s emergency services.

There’ll also be a host of new movies coming to Sky Cinema in May including:

    The Wild Robot

This epic adventure follows the journey of a robot – ROZZUM unit 7134, “Roz” for short – as it is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island.  Learning to adapt to the harsh surroundings, Roz gradually builds relationships with the animals on the island and becomes the adoptive parent of an orphaned gosling.

    Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

Beetlejuice is back! After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.

    Cleaner

Set in present-day London, a group of radical activists take over an energy company’s annual gala, seizing 300 hostages in order to expose the corruption of the hosts. Their just cause is hijacked by an extremist within their ranks, who is ready to murder everyone in the building to send his anarchic message to the world. It falls to an ex-soldier turned window cleaner (Daisy Ridley) suspended 50-storeys up on the outside of the building to save those trapped inside, including her younger brother.

    Speak No Evil

When an American family is invited to spend the weekend at the idyllic country estate of a charming British family they befriended on vacation, what begins as a dream holiday soon warps into a snarled psychological nightmare.

    Omni Loop

A quantum physicist (Mary-Louise Parker) finds herself stuck in a time loop, with a black hole growing in her chest and only a week to live. When she meets a gifted student (Ayo Edibiri), they team up to save her life – and to unlock the mysteries of time travel.

    Mob Cops

Kevin Connolly (Entourage), David Arquette (Scream) and Jeremy Luke (Sully) star in a thrilling crime drama about the darkest corruption case in the history of the New York City Police Department. When a retired NYPD detective writes a book about his family’s ties to the mob, it ignites a firestorm between the dirty cops working for the city’s brutal crime boss and the officers trying to bring them to justice.

    Bookworm

12-year-old Mildred’s life is turned upside down when her mother lands in hospital and estranged, American magician father, Strawn Wise (Elijah Wood), comes to look after her. Hoping to entertain the bookish tween, Strawn takes Mildred camping in the notoriously rugged New Zealand wilderness, and the pair embark on the ultimate test of family bonding – a quest to find the mythological beast known as the Canterbury Panther.

    The Damned

Eva (Odessa Young), a 19th-century widow is tasked with making an impossible choice when, in the middle of an especially cruel winter, a ship sinks off the coast of her isolated fishing post. Eva and her crew must choose to either rescue the shipwrecked or survive the winter with their last remaining food. Facing the consequences of their choice and tormented by their guilt, the inhabitants wrestle with a mounting sense of dread and begin to believe they are all being punished for their choices.
