2025 is going to be a huge year for DC’s burgeoning Absolute universe. Coming soon we have both Absolute Flash and Absolute Martian Manhunter making their debuts in comic book stores. But today we’re focussing on another of the publisher’s upcoming debuts, Absolute Green Lantern.
Written by Al Ewing, Absolute Green Lantern features artwork by Jahnoy Lindsay and will arrive in comic book stores on April 2, 2025. Today we’re taking a look at the full cover gallery and exploring our first interior pages from the brand new series.
As with all of DC’s Absolute books the synopsis for issue #1 is rather sparse and secretive:
Without the Corps… without the ring… without the willpower, what’s left is the Absolute Green Lantern!
The first issue in the series features a main cover design by Lindsay which also includes a black and white variant. Other variant designs come from Juliet Nneka, Martin Simmonds, Rafael Albuquerque and Ryan Benjamin. Take a look at the full cover gallery below:

DC has also shared four un-lettered pages from the series debut giving us our best look yet at Johno’s Lindsay’s artwork. Take a look at each of the pages below:
