We love a good Hot Toy announcement, but this one was as secretive as Palpatine’s takeover. The Sith really do blend in with the shadows. To celebrate the Dark Side, Hot Toys are hosting a very special exhibition in Hong Kong called “The Power of the Dark Side” where they will be showcasing their masterfully crafted figures depicting our favourite Sith Lords and villains.
However, two new figures caught us all by surprise and it has created quite the buzz online. This new exhibition and pop-up store will feature the debut of two Hot Toy figures… Starkiller in his Sith Stalker armor and Darth Revan.

We don’t have a full look just yet, but this is a great starting point. The Sith stalker armor was worn by Galen Marek in The Force Unleashed. In the Dark Side ending of the game, Marek is heavily wounded by Palpatine. Similar to Vader, Marek’s body is reconstructed and put into the armor. From that point, players can replay the game using that armor.
Revan, who first appeared in BioWare’s Knights of the Old Republic, was once a Jedi Knight who turned to the Dark Side during the war against the Mandalorians. Claiming the title of “Dark Lord of the Sith”, Revan waged war against the Republic and founded his own Sith Empire. He was a remarkably powerful Sith Lord, and to see a hot toy figure in development truly is exciting.
There’s no word on when these figures will arrive, but since the exhibition will be taking place towards the end of April, we’ll probably receive an update around then. It is also likely that we’ll receive a much better look at what Hot Toys have been cooking up behind the scenes. Who knows… perhaps they have more surprises in store.
