Lionsgate and FilmNation Entertainment has begun teasing the release of the first trailer for The Crow. A short video posted to social media gives fans a first look at Bill Skarsgård, soaked in blood for his transformation from Erik Draven in to the legendary vengeful spirit. The film, directed by Rupert Sanders’ is being released by Lionsgate in the US whilst FilmNation is handling international sales.

Soulmates Eric Draven (Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA twigs) are brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them. Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.
Alongisde Skarsgård and tigs, The Crow will star Danny Huston, Laura Birn, Sami Bouajila, and Jordan Bolger in undisclosed roles.
The film is currently slated for a US release on June 7, 2024. International release dates are yet to be confirmed.
