It’s Super Bowl season which means trailers, trailers, and more trailers (and sport). Unfortunately, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is not among the films receiving a trailer as part of today’s Super Bowl LVIII event. However, it’s not terrible news because we actually received a very exciting update, brought to you by… Puppies. The Puppy bowl is here, and thanks to these adorable pooches we now know that a new trailer for the next big installment in the MonsterVerse franchise is coming this Wednesday, February 14th – Valentines Day.

This latest entry in the Monsterverse franchise follows up the explosive showdown of Godzilla vs. Kong with an all-new cinematic adventure, pitting the almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence – and our own. The epic new film will delve further into the histories of these Titans, their origins, and the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond, while uncovering the mythic battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever.
Adam Wingard is back helming this next colossal blockbuster with Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry and Kaylee Hottle returning. There will also be some newcomers- Dan Stevens, Fala Chen and Rachel House have also joined the cast.
