Disney+ and Lucasfilm announced that the second volume of the animated anthology series Star Wars: Visions will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on 4 May, 2023. Following on the Emmy Award®-nominated success of Star Wars: Visions, the newest volume will continue to push the boundaries of Star Wars storytelling, with nine new shorts from 9 studios from around the globe. Employing the most captivating animation styles from a variety of countries and cultures, the second volume offers a dynamic new perspective on the storied mythos of Star Wars.
Star Wars Celebration 2023 in London gifted us with our first look at the highly anticipated anthology series. The panel for Visions dived into what we can expect from the second volume and ended with a trailer for the new series which was then share online shortly after.

Star Wars: Visions Volume One is available to stream in its entirety on Disney+ right now. All nine episodes were released back in September of 2021. The first volume focuses primarily on Japanese animation and featured brilliant shorts from Kamikaze Douga, Studio Colorido, Studio Trigger, Kinema Citrus, Production I.G, Science Saru and Geno Studio. The English dub cast was also pretty spectacular in itself. The star-studded cast included Neil Patrick Harris, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Lucy Liu, Simu Liu, George Takei and many, many more.
