Chaos in the Hereafter in BOOM! Studios’ Hit GRIM #9 Preview
BOOM! Studios has released cover art and preview pages for the upcoming GRIM #9, hitting comic book stores on March 22.

Time for a brand new preview from our friends at BOOM! Studios. The legendary publisher has revealed first look artwork from Grim #9, the next issue in the hit bestselling comic book series from acclaimed writer Stephanie Phillips (Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman), fan favorite artist Flaviano (New Mutants), colorist Rico Renzi (Spider-Gwen), and letterer Tom Napolitano (The Joker), as Jessica Harrow and her fellow Reapers face new gods, beasts, and dangers in the underworld and beyond.
The afterlife is in chaos, and Adira rules over all of it with an uncaring iron fist. While Jess harbors secrets from her friends and may have found help in her search for a scythe, a new villain brings hellish consequences for Jess, Marcel, and Eddie—and one of them won’t make it…
This month’s issue features main cover art by series artist Flaviano, and variant cover art by acclaimed illustrators Justine Florentino (Something is Killing the Children) and Marco Checchetto (Daredevil). Here’s a look at the cover art for issue #9:
BOOM! has also kindly given us a handful of preview pages which you can check out below. As always, a spoiler warning is in effect from here on out!
Print copies of Grim #9 will be available for sale on March 22, 2023 exclusively at local comic book shops (use comicshoplocator.com to find the nearest one) or at the BOOM! Studios webstore. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers, including comiXology, iBooks, Google Play, and Kindle.
