The 2022 Game Awards presentation is approaching, and usually we get a few little treats. Just hours after a supposed release date for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the highly anticipated sequel to Fallen Order, leaked online, EA announced that they will be showcasing some fresh gameplay from the sequel during the presentation. The Game Awards will be streaming on December 8th at 7:30pm ET/ 4:30pm PT/ 12:30am GMT.
To get gamers and fans truly pumped for this exciting event, EA shared a brand new poster which reveals a new look for Cal Kestis. With him is of course BD-1 who quickly became a fan favourite.

It’s official, we’ll be getting our first look at Star Wars Jedi: Survivor this week. The gameplay presentation should give us a better look at the story, as well as new and returning mechanics, potential enemies, and even new characters. The first game came out in 2019, so it’ll be interesting to see how this new sequel has evolved- not just in terms of mechanics and visuals, but also in regards to the characters we’ve become attached to. What is Cal up to this time? And what threat lurks around the corner? The Game Awards could provide us with our first clue…
Make sure you’re watching The Game Awards for more gaming news, trailers, and showcases. There may be a few additonal surprises in store, but our eyes are firmly set on Cal and his battle against the Empire. What are you hoping to see at this year’s Game Awards?
We can’t wait to see how this sequel unravels, and it’ll be great to hear more about what Survivor will deal with. As of right now, we know very little about this game. Having said that, the mystery of this game is also part of the fun. So, maybe the less we receive, the better?
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will arrive on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC sometime in 2023. With the gamplay coming this week, we could also get the official release date, Wouldn’t that be good?
