This year’s Comic-Con in São Paulo, Brazil, has delivered a lot of exciting news ranging from the advenures of Indiana Jones, to the new era of the Transformers. Well, now it’s Marvel’s time in the spotlight and they definitely didn’t hold back. President Kevin Feige, along with the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as James Gunn himself, took to the stage to introduce audiences to the third and final entry in the lovable Guardians of the Galaxy series. To kick things off, the film’s first trailer was unleashed upon the world, and it’s official… We’re nor ready to say goodbye.
The new trailer shows the gang hoping around on another galactic advenutre, dealing with disputes, and exploring new planets. However, at the centre of the trailer is something far more tragic. The trailer gives us brief moments where it feels as though each Guardian is preparing to say goodbye, either by simply walking away… Or by death. While nothing has been confirmed, there is a chance that we may be saying goodbye to a member (or members?) of the Guardians of the Galaxy… For good. Pushing the sadness aside, we finally get our first look at Adam Warlock, played by the brilliant Will Poulter.
Strap in everyone, we’re in for a bumpy ride. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be the 2nd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s fifth Phase. Fans can rush to see GOTG Vol. 3 on May 5th, 2023.
