Last night in the US brought with it the penultimate episode of The Flash‘s five-part “Armageddon” event. During the latter stages of the episode The CW brought out the big guns with the first trailer for season 2 of Superman & Lois.
Picking up several months after the end of season one it seems all is not well in Smallville. With Natalie (Tayler Buck) having arrived from another Earth in the finale it looks as though she may be struggling to reconcile that her father (Wolé Parks) is working with Superman (Tyler Hoechlin). Elsewhere the Super Sons appear to be acting up as usual and Clark’s relationship with Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) seems strained.
It’s going to be a long wait for the series’ return on January 11, but for now you can watch the full trailer in the player below:
Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch who return as the titular characters. They will, in turn, be joined by Emmanuelle Chriqui as Clark’s ex-girlfriend, Lana Lang, Erik Valdez as Lana’s husband, Kyle Cushing. Dylan Walsh will portray Lois’ father, General Sam Lane. Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin also co-star in the series as Superman and Lois’ sons, Jonathan and Jordan Kent.
Superman & Lois returns to The CW with new episodes on January 11, 2022.
