Christmas is always a great time for a Harry Potter rewatch isn’t it? A nice long marathon with plenty of snacks, Pjs and some delicious hot drinks. Perfection. Fans will be happy to know that Harry Potter is returning to our screens with two brand new spectacular specials. Both specials will be available to stream on Now and Sky in the UK & Ireland. Prepare to celebrate the Wizarding World with Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts and Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses.
Airing on New Year’s Day and filmed at Warner Bros. Studio Tour, the reunion special will see everyone’s favourite wizards, witches and villains reunite as they take a trip down memory lane. Joined by Chris Columbus, the cast will venture through Hogwarts with in-depth interviews and magical behind the scenes stories. It is not one to be missed. Just take a look at the all-star cast… Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs and Gary Oldman. Don’t worry there’s more. Imelda Staunton, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, and Ian Hart, among others.
On the 29th December, legend Helen Mirren will host a four-part event, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses, which will see fans of the Wizarding World put their knowledge to the test for a chance to be crowned the House Cup Champion.
Featuring hundreds of trivia questions and special guest surprises, this unforgettable event of a lifetime will unveil which fans know the vast, intricately detailed universe like the back of their hand as they compete against each other.
