Last night we had the chance to check out the mad-cap, stop-motion animated Chuck Steel: Night of the Trampires. The film, which comes to UK cinemas on October 29, stars the outrageous maverick cop, Chuck Steel (Mike Mort), as he faces off against mutant hybrids of vampire and tramp!
Years in the making, Chuck Steel is a labour of love for writer/director Mike Mort. During our screening Mort explained the film, shot at 24 FPS over the usual animation style of 12 FPS, took over three years to compete. So today we’re championing all the hard work of the production team by taking a look at this behind-the-scenes footage reel.
