Finally, the Hot Toy figure we’ve all been waiting for. Say hello to King Shark, also known as Nanaue. This adorable yet deadly shark was a complete surprise in DC’s latest The Suicide Squad. He was funny, charming, epic and somewhat cute- is that weird? So it only makes sense that Hot Toys would capitalize on his newfound popularity, just look at him.
How could anyone say no to that adorable face? In all seriousness though, King Shark looks outstanding. The detail of his mouth is fantastic and they’ve really captured that shark-like texture. Unsurprisingly, King Shark doesn’t come with a lot of accessories, simply because he doesn’t need them. He does, however, come with a very small book. This beast of a figure stands at roughly 35cm tall and is actually available to preorder now.
King Shark will cost $220 (rougghly £150) and is set to make a splash sometime in the summer of 2022. Get your preorders in now. With Nanaue out in the open, who will be next? Polka-Dot Man? Ratcatcher II? or maybe even Bloodsport? We’ll have to wait and see.
