The premiere of Marvel Studios What If…? is getting closer and closer. With under two weeks to go until the first episode debuts on Disney+ a new promo has been released which is packed with new footage.
The latest promo puts much of the spotlight on Erik Killmonger including his interactions with Tony Stark after saving him from in the desert. Of course there is also plenty of footage of Hayley Atwell’s Captain Carter, a character rumoured to appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Several high profile MCU actors are reprising their roles for the series, including the late Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa. Hayley Atwell, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston, Paul Rudd, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Ruffalo, and Josh Brolin have also been confirmed to take part in the series.
Additionally, Karen Gillan, Michael Douglas, Michael B. Jordan, Jeremy Renner, Michael Rooker, Paul Rudd, and Stanley Tucci will lend their voices to the series.
The series streams on Disney+ from August 11, 2021.
