Warner Bros. has released a new clip from James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad focussing on Nathan Fillion as TDK. The scene, which you can check out below, comes early in the film as Task Force X arrives on the army controlled beach of Corto Maltese.
Fillion plays TDK, aka The Detachable Kid, a version of Arm Fall Off Boy from DC Comics. As you can see from the clip below, though TDK’s arms can detach it doesn’t seem like they’re much help against a fully armed army of soldiers…

The Suicide Squad is written and directed by James Gunn. The film stars Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, David Dastmalchian, John Cena, Joaquin Cosio, Nathan Fillion, Mayling Ng, Flula Borg, Sean Gunn, Juan Diego Botto, Storm Reid, Pete Davidson, Taika Waititi, Alice Braga, Steve Agee, Tinashe Kajese, Daniela Melchoir, Peter Capaldi, Julio Ruiz, Jennifer Holland, Idris Elba and Michael Rooker.
The film hits UK cinemas on July 30, 2021 with its US release following on August 6.
